Step 1: THE FREE CONSULTATION
Just pick up the phone to make your appointment for a free consultation. Carolina Liquidators Auction Company will meet with you and discuss what you hope to sell and accomplish at the auction. We will also discuss how our commission fees work. There are no hidden costs with our service!

Step 2: CHOOSING THE DATE & PAYMENT FOR ADVERTISING
Keep in mind that a minimum of TWO weekends is needed in advance of the auction date so we have time to run the advertising. Please take this into consideration when selecting the prospective date. Advertising includes newspaper ads (usually four to six days worth of ad over two weekends). Carolina Liquidators Auction Company also manages its own website at www.HaveAnAuction.com which has the potential to reach thousands of buys around the clock. In addition to this, we also advertise on www.auctionzip.com which expands coverage to national buying potential! Carolina Liquidators Auction Company manages a large email database of past auction participants. All of these participants are kept current about upcoming auctions. We also offer flyers for larger auctions which are distributed throughout the community.

Step 3: WHEN THE AUCTION DAY ARRIVES…
Carolina Liquidators Auction Company will handle all the details from boxing up your items, to auctioning them off, to collecting the money, to cleaning up. We arrive with a large mobile office equipped with a generator should there be no power on the site. We also provide a concession area to keep buyers comfortable for their stay until the auction’s closing.

Step 4: THE SETTLEMENT AT AUCTION CLOSE
Carolina Liquidators Auction Company is licenses and bonded in the state of North Carolina so rest assured your money is safe with us. We guarantee all checks written for your sale. We deposit all checks along with any cash into an escrow account. Carolina Liquidators Auction Company will personally deliver a check to you for the entire amount you made (after the commission is withdrawn) within SEVEN business days of the closing.
